Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest insurance products and services to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
Policy Management: Assist clients in updating and managing their insurance policies based on their evolving needs.
Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and agency goals.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to support client needs and business objectives.
Requirements
Licensing: Possession of a valid Ohio Property & Casualty License is necessary.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, service, or a similar field is highly valued.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and oral.
Customer Focused: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions with a customer-first mindset.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
