We are seeking a dedicated and organized Spa Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment for our patients. This position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and management.
Duties
- Develop, track, and optimize our rewards programs and memberships to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns.
- Conduct follow-up calls with patients, ensuring they are satisfied with their treatments, answering any questions, and scheduling future appointments.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales management strategies and promote spa services.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining patient records as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the spa environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
- Experience in sales management or collaboration sales is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
