Responsibilities:

- Provide guidance and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Utilize expertise in infectious disease care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, medical-surgical, acute care, and utilization management to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient interactions.
- Coordinate with hospital medicine teams to optimize patient care and treatment plans.
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
Skills:
- Possess a valid RN license.
- Demonstrated experience in infectious disease care, emergency medicine, geriatrics, medical-surgical, acute care, and utilization management.
- Strong proficiency in patient assessment techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
