We are currently interviewing Multifamily Professionals for a Property Manager position for Eden Park Apartments, a 324 unit market rate property in the Brooklyn Park area.

This role requires a background investigation that includes a criminal check, drug screen (we do not check for THC) and a credit review.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing is REQUIRED
- Proven history managing 200 units
- Experience with YARDI a PLUS
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
Benefits and Compensation:
- $70,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience
