Monarch Investment and Management Group (MIMG) is actively seeking an experienced and qualified Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing HR Department.
The HRBP consults with department managers and field management teams providing daily HR guidance, analyzing HR trends and metrics, resolving complex employee relations issues, improving work relationships and productivity, and suggesting HR strategies. They act as consultants, aligning HR practices with business goals to support the organization’s success.

Core Responsibilities :
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. When necessary, conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provides day-to-day performance guidance to management teams.
- Supports the company's goals and ensuring compliance with HR plans and operations.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to various department heads and field management teams.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
- Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Requirements :
Travel Requirements : Ability to travel regularly to property sites to meet with managers, employees, and conduct audits, trainings, etc. approximately 20% of the time.
