What You Will Do as a Leasing Consultant
- Welcome and assist prospective residents by showcasing our community and leasing apartments
- Ensure that model and target apartments are well-maintained and ready for showings
- Conduct and report market surveys
- Manage leasing documentation, including applications and lease agreements
- Promote the community through marketing efforts such as Craigslist and other platforms
- Assist with resident retention and engagement programs
What We Are Looking For
- Previous leasing experience is a plus but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to build relationships with residents
- Willingness to complete online training courses
- Availability to work two to three Saturdays per month
