- Pay: Up to $25.00/hour.
- Travel Benefits: $50.00/day per diem, paid mileage if using your vehicle, and no on-call responsibilities.

Your Day-to-Day:
As a National Maintenance Rover, you’ll take on a variety of tasks and challenges:
- Complete work orders promptly and effectively.
- Prepare apartment units for new residents (make-ready/turns).
- Paint, stain, and maintain interior and exterior spaces.
- Handle preventative maintenance programs and inventory management.
- Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall repairs.
- Lead capital projects such as rehabs and major repairs.
- Manage snow removal and pool maintenance as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Flexible Schedule: Two weeks on, one week off, working 10-hour shifts (up to 110 hours during the two-week period).
- Experience:
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall knowledge.
- HVAC/heat pump experience (preferred).
- HVAC EPA Universal or Type 2 certification (preferred, but not required).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
