Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Part-Time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team at Rosemoore Apartments in Springfield, Illinois!

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greets, assists, and leases apartments
• Tours the property and apartments with future residents
• Accepts and completes required application information from the prospective residents
• Creates all lease documents
• Responsible for daily marketing efforts through Craigslist, Facebook and/or other outreach
• Helps Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program
Work Schedule:
• This is a part time position Mon-Wed-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
• Minimum of 6 months experience Leasing in multifamily housing strongly preferred or 2 years experience in a customer service/sales role
• Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents
Compensation:
• $15- $16 / hour (depending on experience)
• PLUS $25 - $75 per new lease commissions
