What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Leasing Consultant position at Moundford Terrace Apartments?
Moundford Terrace is looking for a part time assistant administrator/leasing consultant. As a leasing consultant you will:
- Learn some aspects of the leasing process
- Answer phone and respond to phone inquiries.
- Assist with Resident relations
- Complete all marketing/advertising activities at the direction of the property manager.
- Assist with resident retention and service orders
- Assist Manager and staff with administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Superior customer service skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
- Previous leasing skills preferred but not necessary for a candidate with retail, sales, or customer service background.
Valid Driver’s License and proper auto insurance required-Successful completion of background to be considered for employment.
