This Position:
- Location: Onsite at our headquarters in Franktown, CO (between Parker and Castle Rock)
- Schedule: Full-time (non-remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer rent deductions and LTO processes, ensuring accuracy and completing necessary adjustments
- Manage the rent deduction process in YARDI, ensuring proper setup for new employees and removal for terminated ones
- Oversee the FSA process, ensuring updates are uploaded to ThrivePass and UKG
- Handle property-to-property adjustments, ensuring accurate payroll processing for special projects
- Audit payroll adjustments after each payroll run
- Collaborate with the Accounting team to resolve payroll-related discrepancies
- Complete off-cycle payroll adjustments as needed
- Monitor the Time and Attendance system for accuracy
- Process employee terminations and ensure accurate final pay
- Reconcile and organize Commission Bonus, quarterly bonus, and 401k files
- Perform scheduled and ad-hoc data reconciliation for payroll processing
- Prepare, audit, and reconcile payroll files for rent deductions and taxable housing
- Ensure payroll deductions are correct and data is accurate for all employees
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Experience with UKG payroll processing is strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with care
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to address payroll issues effectively
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential obstacles
- Excellent communication skills for frequent interaction with internal and external teams
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of corporate payroll and HR matters
