Hiring: Permanent Full-Time Experienced Property Manager at Longridge Apartments in Baton Rouge Louisiana
*This position requires a background check, drug screen, and credit evaluation.
Schedule: M-F 8-5
Pay: $49,000-51,000 plus bonuses for NOI/Delinquency/Site Performance (Potential for over $4,000 in bonuses)

Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees all on-site personnel
- Oversee and foster a great working environment for team
- Building and maintaining a relationships with community residents
- Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy
- Capture highest renewal rates for existing tenants
- Post, collect, track, and manage delinquency of rental and other income
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 2 employees
- Yardi experience preferred
- Student housing experience preferred
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills

- Competitive pay salary up to $51,000
- NOI, quarterly and delinquency bonuses potential of $4,000
