What You’ll Be Doing:
- Hitting and exceeding leasing, renewal, and collections goals 📈
- Building a connected community through resident programs and events
- Handling resident requests and resolving issues quickly and effectively
- Keeping the property running smoothly and within budget
- Managing and developing a team of 4 employees
- Overseeing maintenance operations and assisting with capital projects and rehabs
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal property management laws
- Leading employee engagement activities
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years of management experience in multifamily housing
- Experience managing a team of 4 employees preferred
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Yardi software
- Voucher/Housing experience preferred (but not required)
- Familiarity with budgeting and basic financial reporting 📊
- A solid understanding of maintenance processes and property upgrades
