JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for treasury transactions and reporting, including cash application, daily bank reporting and bank reconciliations. This position is also responsible for various accounting activities, including but not limited to general ledger reconciliations and recurring entries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
Experience
- One or more years of experience in general accounting or treasury management
License or Certification
- N/A

- Ability to interact and communicate both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated familiarity with computers and calculators
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Excel
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations
- Ability and willingness to contribute to quality efforts

- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assures that accounts receivable and general ledger transactions are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates the processing of customer payments.
- Prepares daily cash reporting.
- Prepares, records, and makes bank deposits for Monarch, as needed.
- Maintains and processes all recurring payment requirements according to the terms of their related contracts/agreements. These include, but are not limited to, rental agreements, leases, financing contracts, etc.
- Maintains files for the finance department which include but is not limited to accounts receivable and other related documents.
- Prepares correspondence and remittances as directed.
- Partners cross-departmentally to coordinate and validate all treasury transactions.

Pay range: $60,000 -$70,000
