?? What You’ll Do:
Use Office 365 and Yardi to manage operations effectively.
Collect rent and follow up on delinquencies, including appearances at the magistrate if necessary.
Complete and maintain property checklists to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise and support maintenance staff to keep the property well-maintained.
Ensure the property is organized, welcoming, and in compliance with regulations.

Experience in affordable housing site management.
Proficiency in Office 365 and property management software like Yardi.
A self-motivated individual comfortable working alone.
