Experience and Skills:
The Administrative Assistant will assist the Executive Director with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, meet and greet residents, families and guests as well as other clerical and HR related duties as assigned.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and be knowledgeable with a computer. Must be willing to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
We are seeking a friendly, energetic individual with previous experience as a receptionist or Administrative Assistant preferable in a healthcare setting.
