🚀 About the Role:
- Soliciting and managing orders, subcontracts, and modifications to contracts.
- Assisting with the design of price strategy in combination with prime contract and project leads.
- Conducting price analysis evaluation of subcontractor proposals and writing subcontract price analysis narratives for contract proposals.
- Navigating subcontract agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
- Maintaining subcontract files and ensuring compliance with the Contractor Purchasing System Review
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration, or 7 years of experience with subcontracts or contracts administration instead of a degree
💪 Competencies:
- Experience in subcontract administration, proposals, and procurement.
- Experience in supporting proposals in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of negotiating different contract types, including: Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), Level-of-Effort (FFPLOE), Cost-plus-fixed-fee (CPFF), Term and Level of Effort (LOE), Time and Materials (T&M), or Indefinite-delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IDIQ) types
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and IDIQ vehicles
- Knowlege of CPSR requirements
