Account Clerk | Temporary position $19-$20 / hr. | On-Site West Chester, PA
Our Chester County client is seeking a Temporary Account Clerk to support their Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone with recent Accounts Payable experience who thrives in a team environment and has strong attention to detail.
A day in the life of an Account Clerk
- Process invoices using PeopleSoft Financials and SAP Concur Invoice
- Help with utility payments, legal processing, and document scanning.
- Assist with data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Provide backup support for other AP tasks as needed.
- Communicate with team members and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and excellent customer service
