The Role:
- Build, inspire, and lead one of the agencies of the century
- Transform the firm from its traditional roots to a disruptive and forward-thinking shop
- Grow and develop client relationships with a new and innovative approach
- Oversee prime global accounts with commitment from inception to completion
- Mentor new and existing talent and help every team member reach their full potential
The Ideal Person:
- Experience building, leading, and growing an agency
- A decision maker- knows how to lead with clear direction to successfully move the organization forward
- Strong digital and social chops
- Ideally a blend of PR and Marketing experience
- Magnetic personality. Excels at inspiring internal teams and clients
