Description
monday.com is looking for an enthusiastic, strategic and creative Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our Global Communications team in NYC. You will foster a strong, engaged and informed company culture through the power of strategic internal communications. In this dynamic role, you'll play a key role in building our internal communications program from the ground up. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that inspire and inform our growing workforce across 10 global offices. On the internal communications team, you will closely with senior leadership, including the Co-Founders, to ensure clear and consistent messaging that aligns with our company goals. As part of the Global Communications team, you'll work under the direct supervision of the Director of Communications and in close collaboration with the Chief People Officer.
Note this is a hybrid position of 3 days / week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only : Compensation Range : $110,000-$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and / or earn a discretionary bonus and / or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
