Purpose of the Role
Implement the new solution for IBP via o9 Solutionswithin the North America region and institutionalize the sustainment plan to secure adoption. A core element of the role is leveragingyourexpertise to drive effective and sustainable implementation of new processes, ways of working and tools across the business, removing barriers and being an ambassador, role model and change agent among the Key users and end user communities.
** Ideally this role would be in a hybrid setting for our East Hanover, New Jersey office but is open to remote as well.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for their specific IBP/SOE Functional expertise.
- Working in testing and processes validation.
- Act as Key Subject Matter Expert and facilitate discussions with Key Users and champions.
- Manage the implementation support in the Regions through Regional/BU Key Users.
- Document Functional requirements / participate in fit gap analyses.
- Create functional/integration test scenarios.
- Identify and validateMaster data where required.
- Test/validate unit and integrated processes, based on the test scenarios.
- Conduct the End Users trainings.
- Support, for respective function/working area, stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment.
- Deep training on the o9 platform in preparation for functional design documentation.
- Participate various workshops, committees, and cross-functional design sessions.
- Articulate your issues and solutions to broader audiences.
- Solve problems as a global team while representing your region and function.
Required Experience:
- 10 years of experience and expertise in planning.
- 3 years of experience with IT processes and systems.
- Ability to think "outside the box" and introduce new possibilities.
- Ability to drive change and new/disruptive ways of working.
- Agile and growth mindset.
- Strong stakeholders’ management and influencing skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and relationship building.
- Prior experience in implementing new planning solutions a plus.
- This role will have one direct report, leadership experience would be preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Travel:
- If remote, 25% travel to East Hanover, New Jersey office.
