You will lead the development and execution of the NA S4/o9 communications plan including planning, content creation and delivery to drive positive engagement and adoption of S4/o9 change management journey.
SAP S/4 Hana and o9 Planning Transformation is a multiyear journey and provides a significant opportunity to transform and optimize business capabilities in service of our Vision 2030. - Drive the NA S4/o9 Communications agenda from strategy to execution.
- Own The NA S4/o9 Intranet page development and management.
- Lead content development including written, video, and other channels.
- Measure and monitor the ongoing effectiveness of communications strategies.
- Support change management initiatives across US and Canada with communications needs.
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
- Experience building communications strategies and content.
- Understanding of audience and best practices for engagement.
- Strong organizational and program management abilities.
- Strong influencing skills.
- 7 years experience in relevant Comms/HR/Change roles.

- Writing and presentation skills

- Limited travel up to 20%.
