Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. How You Will Contribute

Project Management
- Lead end-to-end project management for Cakes & Pastries product changes, including new product introductions, recipe modifications, and packaging updates.
- Develop and execute project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
- Proactively identify risks and drive conversations related to mitigation strategies.
- Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
- Lead resource planning and utilization.
- Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
- Collaborate with cross-functional (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and Quality) teams to drive successful project execution.
- Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings.
- Identify opportunities for I2M process and governance improvement.

- Proven experience in project management methodology and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
- Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
- Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
- Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.
- Strong conceptual and analytic skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- PMP certification preferred.
- 5 years in project management within CPG industry
- Experience with Innovation-to-Market E2E process.
- Experience with Stage-Gate methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Experience with Accolade is advantageous.
