- Executive administration and support roles
- Highly developed customer service orientation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Managing stakeholders- internal & external
- Vendor management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft TEAMS)
- Attention to detail combined with proactive attitude, very good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork and able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information
Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support executing activities while building strong relationships with those you interact with
- Manage executive calendar and meeting scheduling
- Coordinate complex international travel accommodations, including flights, hotel reservations, maps, directions, and ground transportation working in foreign currency.
- Support organization of team meetings in office and be responsible for managing admin related tasks like room booking, stationary, audio management
- Coordinate with office facilities team to arrange for team meetings
- Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
- Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
- High school diploma required, college degree or some business classes preferred
- 10 years of experience supporting at the executive level (in a global company or for a global leader)
- Experience working as an HR coordinator desired
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills, good judgment and diplomatic
- Ability to build great internal networks and relationships to key stakeholder groups such as the Mondelēz International Executive Leadership Team
- Dynamic team player, high initiative thriving in a global, diverse environment
- Must be able to anticipate needs and respond accordingly
- Multitasker who works independently and is self-motivated to make a difference
- Tech Savvy – advanced proficiency with MS Office and overall affinity and interest in new technology
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with maximum discretion and diplomacy
- Poised under pressure and flexible to adapt in a fast-paced environment
