Benefits:
- Matching of invoices with purchase order and packing slips.
- Working with other departments to resolve differences between invoices and purchase orders (at multiple locations).
- Posting of invoices into SAP.
- Resolving vendor inquiries/issues.
- Manage netting.
- Manage commissions for brokers.
- Audit purchasing cards reports and upload them into system for payment.
- Month end journal entries (accrual and actual).
- Receive and distribute mail daily.
- Various projects as needed by Controller.
- Handle new requests for vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years of relevant in an accounts payable position preferred.
- SAP software experience preferred.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
- Good basic understanding of general accounting principles.
- Attention to detail required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with a positive attitude.
