- Measure and report on process performance.
- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions like automation and workflow adjustments.
- Implement process improvement initiatives and track their success.
- Update and maintain process documentation.
- Assist in developing project charters and gather relevant information.
- Provide support and training to team members on new processes.
- Participate in ongoing process improvement efforts.
