Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
Evaluate current global finance processes and performance to identify root causes of inefficiencies.
Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to document and assess existing processes.
Measure and report on process performance.
Identify gaps in current processes and recommend solutions like automation and workflow adjustments.
Implement process improvement initiatives and track their success.
Update and maintain process documentation.
Assist in developing project charters and gather relevant information.
Provide support and training to team members on new processes.
Participate in ongoing process improvement efforts.
Must-Haves :
5-7 years of experience in process improvement or similar roles.
Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes.
Strong skills in process mapping and modeling.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
