Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Integration Engineer / Web Developer to lead the development and delivery of our private AI platform. This role requires a passionate AI enthusiast who actively explores AI as a tool for web development and has been utilizing or learning AI within the past year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, UX principles, and programming languages while also being capable of leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and deployment of our private AI platform, ensuring seamless AI integration.
- Utilize AI to enhance web development processes, optimizing workflows and user experience.
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Perl, etc.
- Implement UX principles to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Provide strategic guidance on AI benefits and challenges in web development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and management to align AI-driven solutions with business goals.
- Lead projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining best practices in AI and web development.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in web development and AI integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
- Strong experience in Python for AI and web applications.
- Firm understanding of UX principles and web development frameworks.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, and Perl.
- Demonstrated experience using AI as a tool in web development within the last year.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead projects.
- Proven ability to work in companies ranging from 500-2000 employees.

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
