Enterprise Applications Analyst

About the Role:

We’re looking for an Enterprise Applications Analyst to play a pivotal role in the evolution of our enterprise systems landscape. As our organization integrates two newly acquired businesses, this role will support the process of replicating and eventually transitioning our ERP systems, beginning with NetSuite and leading toward future Oracle NDS migration initiatives.

You will analyze business processes, understand current and future system workflows, and partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions and operational efficiency—all without needing to be hands-on in system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support ERP platform transitions by mapping business needs and identifying system gaps
• Analyze and document current workflows, especially in finance and operations, across NetSuite and Oracle NDS
• Work with technical and change management teams to ensure seamless ERP migration and adoption
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating business requirements into system workflows
• Collaborate with newly acquired entities to integrate processes and ensure consistency with corporate standards
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of enterprise system projects with minimal supervision

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience implementing and managing enterprise ERP platforms—preferably NetSuite or similar (Epicor, Infor Syteline, etc.)
• Deep understanding of financial process flows within ERP systems
• Proven ability to lead process-driven analysis and work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Background in mid-market or smaller company environments (approx. 350–1,000 employees) where adaptability is key
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CRM or HRIS platforms
• Exposure to manufacturing environments or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with Oracle NDS is a plus
