Compensation Range: $44-58/hr W-2
Job Description:
The IT Project Coordinator will oversee and manage cross-functional IT operations projects, ensuring structured planning and execution. The role involves managing backlogs and coordinating efforts for the IT Ops team as they transition to a Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure, with the long-term opportunity to move into a managerial capacity in the next 2-5 years.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations projects.
- Work closely with technical teams, including help desk, networking, and infrastructure.
- Maintain and prioritize project backlogs.
- Ensure structured management of workload and project timelines.
- Assist in the transition to a Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking or end user support with some experience leading projects
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Windows, Active Directory, etc.
- Proficiency in Jira or other types of project management tools
- Basic understanding of networking, help desk structures, and IT operations.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Cloud experience (preferred, as the team will be making a cloud transition soon).
- Any familiarity with networking is a plus
