Job Description:
Provide L1/L2 support for Windows 10 and Linux client machines, along with internal and third-party applications across the Americas GEO.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Install and support Windows 10 & Linux client machines.
- Provide L1/L2 support for internal and third-party applications.
- Ensure timely and high-quality support while meeting company KPIs.
- Engage with local business users and remote users across other offices.
- Complete project deliverables as assigned by supervisors or project managers.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
- Experience with Windows 10 and Linux support.
- L1/L2 IT support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide user-focused support while meeting KPIs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience supporting internal business applications.
- Familiarity with IT support in a corporate environment.
