This role involves crafting compelling and clear UX content for the client's shopping app and website, with a focus on enhancing customer delivery experiences. This is a full-time, contract position expected to last through the end of 2024.Day-to-Day Responsibilities : Write clear, concise, and empathetic UX content for a global audience.Use data-driven insights to iterate and refine content.Lead content strategy for complex, high-profile initiatives.Collaborate closely with UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers.Apply best practices in localization and accessibility to UX writing.Maintain and update content libraries and frameworks.Must-Haves : Experience : 5 years of professional UX writing / content strategy experience, preferably in B2C eCommerce.Skills : Proficiency with Figma, strong portfolio showcasing UX writing.Soft Skills : Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.Location : Ability to work on-site in Bellevue, WA, at least 3 days a week.Education : Degree preferred but not required.Nice to Haves : Experience with large tech companies (e.g., Microsoft, eBay, Meta, Google).Background in content strategy within the tech industry / eCommerce space.
