The Membership Relations Manager will be responsible for membership recruitment, retention, engagement, and overall member satisfaction. This individual will collaborate closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to support the mission and goals of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new members to the chamber of commerce.
Retain existing members through exceptional customer service and engagement initiatives.
Plan and execute member-focused events, programs, and initiatives to drive member participation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and promoting membership benefits.
Communicate effectively with members through newsletters, email communications, and other channels.
Manage membership data, track engagement metrics, and provide regular reports on membership trends and outcomes.
Support advocacy efforts by engaging members in key issues and fostering member support for advocacy campaigns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in membership management, customer relations, sales, or marketing.
