POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Administrative Associate, to provide essential support to our team by supporting Events & Programming Team initiatives, facilitating smooth communication, and helping ensure efficient workflows and administrative functions across teams. This position will interact with key departments and initiatives across the MMI organization.

As the Administrative Associate for the Programming Team, this position works across the MMI team, MMI members, and various external partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works effectively, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manages scheduling and meetings
  • Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other documents, coordinates activities, maintains records, and tracks progress
  • Assists in planning and organizing conferences and events
  • Research and compile information for reports and to support decision-making
  • Maintains accurate records within the organization’s database
  • Supports the MMI membership by answering member inquiries and servicing requests
  • Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE :

  • Compensation package consists of a base salary plus bonus award
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill set, and capabilities
