Summary
Customer Service Specialist/Administrative Assistant supports customers with a range of situations. This job involves responding to customer inquiries or complaints, assisting them with their accounts and directing them to appropriate departments and/or person, if necessary. This position requires a high level of attention to detail to verify account information. It also works closely with other departments to fulfill customer requests. This is a fulltime position which will involve communicating with customers directly by making and answering phone calls and emails. Ability to think quickly and creatively in these interactions to provide a good brand image and great customer service. This job is well suited for people who have a passion for providing great customer service, work well as part of a team, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Making and receiving phone calls
Communicating via Email
Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Detailed oriented and highly organized
Filing and general office tasks
Communicating and coordinating with several internal departments
Keeping customer interaction and transaction records, performing customer verifications, applications, forms and requests
Education & Experience
High school or Equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration / customer service
Must pass thorough background screening - including criminal and credit check
Skills
Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple tasks, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Oral Communications: Knowledge of oral communications issues and ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally and appropriately.
Microsoft Office Skill also preferred
