- Ability to quickly answer online leads and incoming phone calls and screen the potential client to see if they have a case that we can assist with
- Exhibits compassion and patience with clients to build rapport and represent our firm in a positive and professional manner
- Keeping all client records confidential and maintaining all of the firm’s core values
- Motivated and driven to exceed goals and implement feedback from supervisor
- Proficiency in retainer follow-up, appointment setting, and daily lead follow-up
- Detail orientated when completing intake forms, ability to screen clients and notate all imperative notes for their case
- Speaking to potential clients in a professional manner that coincides with our firm’s values and gives a 5-star experience
- Ability to multitask and work on several cases at a time in an efficient manner
- Punctual and is a self-starter
- Possesses teamwork skills, willingness to assist peers, and integrity
- Ability to use a computer and be able to manage multiple screens
- Able to respond relevantly to client needs
- Possesses active listening skills while speaking to clients and can take notes simultaneously
- Organizational skills and ability to schedule call backs and complete in a timely manner
- Ability to make outbound calls and fill out paperwork without errors
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with schedule and able to work weekends in rotation
- Bi-lingual is preferred, but not required
Required Qualifications
- Seeking experienced sales closer with proven results in a sales team setting
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working at the same place of employment
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ideal candidate is extremely positive and productive, prioritizes their workload and can work efficiently in a highly charged positive team-oriented setting.
