About the Opportunity

As the Salesforce Administrator at Monin, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce, configuring and customizing the platform to meet business needs, and providing ongoing support to users. This role requires a proactive individual who can monitor and troubleshoot issues, ensure seamless integration with other tools, and stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and updates.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within Salesforce.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with the platform.
• Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance.
• Present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Train team members on Salesforce functionalities.
• Provide ongoing support to users and troubleshoot any issues.
• Keep the team updated on new features and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with other departments: Field Sales Marketing, IT and Sales Operations.
• Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns using Salesforce.
• Segment and target audiences effectively to ensure campaign success.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its configuration and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Experience with data integrity and accurate management.
• Ability to create and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience in training team members on Salesforce functionalities.
• Knowledge of marketing campaign development and management using Salesforce.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and updates.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to track and analyze campaign performance metrics.
