Operations Lead - Family Entertainment Center

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Supervisor to lead our team and ensure operational excellence in our children's playground facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fostering a positive work environment and has a passion for working with children. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, opening and closing the facility and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of service and productivity within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure guests follow the rules and maintain a safe environment
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Maintain an organized work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
• Handle administrative tasks including reporting, inventory management, and compliance documentation.
• Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales data.
• Provide Exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional party experience as a Hostess for Birthday Parties
• Cleaning the facility on an ongoing basis
• Upselling monthly memberships and birthday parties.

Skills

• Proven experience in supervising teams with strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong administrative skills for maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams and customers.
• Proficiency in team management practices to foster a collaborative work culture.
• Experience in store management or retail environments is preferred.
• Sales experience is preferred for upselling memberships and birthday parties.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
