Job Overview :
This position is a Internal Medicine Clinical Pharmacist with a focus on antibicrobial stewardship. This individual is responsible for optimizing clinical outcomes of patients in the inpatient medical / surgical units and related programs, and promote appropriate medication utilization in those patients. This individual will also be responsible To optimize clinical outcomes of patients and promote appropriate antimicrobial utilization, while minimizing unintended consequences of antibiotic therapy and reducing costs, by using prospective monitoring, prescriber feedback, and guideline implementation, in addition to other tools
Qualifications : Required :
- BA / BS in Pharmacy
- NJ licensure
- One year pharmacy experience, preferably in hospital, with residency or comparable experience required
