Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support PharmD RPh NJ state license ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Job Details Manager Interview MUST HAVE INPATIENT CLINICAL PHARMACY EXPERIENCE IN WORK HISTORY Inpatient adults only Can see peds in ER 54 med / surg / tele beds 10 ICU OR / SDS radiology / IR ER Years of Experience Required : 2 years Assignment Duration : 13 weeks Rotating schedule - days 630-1500, 730-1600, or 1030-1900, evenings 230-2300, overnights 2130-730 on weekdays and 2030 to 730 on weekends Contract Hours / Week : 40 Holiday Requirement : Per unit need First-Time Traveler Accepted : Yes Block scheduling? No Certifications Required? PharmD, RPh, NJ state license required Will the traveler float? No Call required?
