MUST HAVE INPATIENT CLINICAL PHARMACY EXPERIENCE IN WORK HISTORY
Inpatient adults only
Can see peds in ER
54 med / surg / tele beds
10 ICU
OR / SDS
radiology / IR
Years of Experience Required : 2 years
Assignment Duration : 13 weeks
Rotating schedule - days , , or , evenings , overnights on weekdays and 2030 to 730 on weekends
Contract Hours / Week : 40
Holiday Requirement : Per unit need
First-Time Traveler Accepted : Yes
Block scheduling? No
Certifications Required? PharmD, RPh, NJ state license required
Will the traveler float? No
Call required? No
Patient Mix / Skillset : The inpatient pharmacy supports our outpatient infusion department (chemotherapy and non-chemo infusions) as well as inpatient / ER
Role must be chemo-certified and able to compound hazardous and non-hazardous medication
Specific Equipment? Pyxis experience required, PharmacyOneSource experience preferred
Charting System : Epic experience required
Scrub Color / Dress Code : Green - provided while compounding
Other : Parking : free in any unrestricted space, no pass needed

Government Issued Photo ID required.
TIME SENSITIVE, Driver’s license required to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
AHA required, RQI and AHA instructor cards acceptable. COCs accepted as place holder, CL must notify PC.
Certificates expiring within a month of start will need renewal confirmation(Email / Receipt) to clear.
