We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
- Handle incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
- Collect and verify patient information, including demographic and insurance details.
- Process payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using office systems and technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
