Monmouth Telecom is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the full-time position of Network Operations Help Desk Level 1 .
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills are mandatory and are the company's main priority. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and understand what customer urgency is.
While this is an entry level position, the following attributes are required :
The candidate must be computer literate
The candidate must have technical aptitude
The candidate must want a career in the field of Data and Telecom Support.
Position duties include (but are not limited to) :
- Hosted PBX Voice, Legacy Voice technical support and Diagnostics.
- Support Desk duty – CLEC / ILEC trouble reporting.
- Email and Internet support and diagnostics
- Must be able to work unsupervised and have a high sense of urgency
- Willing to train the right person for a great career in the telecommunications industry!
