This individual MUST be enthusiastic about supporting our clients by offering customer satisfaction & reliable technical support.
Responsibilities:
· ANSWERING A LARGE NUMBER OF INCOMING TROUBLESHOOTING CALLS
· SOLVING TECHNICAL ISSUES
· FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE ALL EQUIPMENT IS WORKING PROPERLY
· MAKE ACCURATE DECISIONS
· PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION
