We’re now looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building brand awareness, growing our audience, and driving meaningful engagement across all platforms.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital and social platforms. This person will be responsible for daily content creation and posting, collaborating with influencers and athletes, managing interviews, and working with our design team to bring creative ideas to life. You'll be the voice of the brand online—sharing updates, reacting to player/industry news, and sparking conversation within the hobby community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
- Maintain daily posting schedules across platforms with engaging and relevant content.
- Monitor industry trends and post timely, brand-relevant updates (e.g., player performances, trades, card value spikes).
- Work closely with athletes for content creation, including interviews, product shoutouts, and behind-the-scenes access.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand reach.
- Coordinate with internal designers and photographers/videographers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Help ideate and execute marketing campaigns around product drops, events, and brand partnerships.
- Be a passionate voice in the trading card space—able to speak authentically to collectors, fans, and newcomers.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in sports, collectibles, or lifestyle brands.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends (especially in the sports or collectibles space).
- Strong copywriting, communication, and content creation skills.
- Comfortable working with athletes, influencers, and creative teams.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to drive brand growth.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Bonus: Experience with graphic design, photography, or video editing.
