Position Summary
As the Director of Operations, you will manage a team of 6-7 operational leaders and oversee all aspects of care management functions, including family enrollment, individualized service planning, delivery & transitioning, health and wellness interventions, advocacy for children and families in the community with all system partners, as well as staff training and development.
In this capacity, you will provide leadership, vision and strategic directions to all Care Management and Behavioral Health Home staff, defining goals and strategies, and galvanizing resources to ensure all youth/families receive high-fidelity Wraparound within the Child Family Team process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and mentor the care management leadership team, ensuring alignment with MonmouthCares' mission and values.
•Develop and execute strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
•Oversee the delivery of high-fidelity Wraparound care management services in collaboration with various system partners.
•Foster strong community relationships and collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for our youth and families.
•Manage financial and operational processes, including budgeting, billing, and utilization of resources in collaboration with the Business Department.
•Champion service excellence and innovation within the team, driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Monmouth Cares
Qualifications:
•LCSW or LPC
•Minimum 5 years of senior supervisory experience in CMO/CSOC
•Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing complex youth and family situations
•Proven track record in community relationship building and resource development.
•Excellent communication, public speaking, and writing skills
•Valid New Jersey driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment and motor vehicle checks
We offer a salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 plus a full benefits package. EEO/AAP - M/F/D/V/GI/SO
