Position Summary, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities:  The Order Picker/Driver is responsible for supporting the Warehouse functions by assisting with the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operations including moving of trailers, general warehouse functions, inventory tracking, and supporting production needs.

General Duties:

• Move trailers throughout the facility and to/from the secondary warehouse location.
• Manage daily pick ticket orders.
• Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on the number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Ensures that orders are processed accurately.
• Stages items correctly for delivery
• Plans and monitors inbound product storage
• Oversees stock replenishment.
• Shrink wrap products to pallets.
• Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately.
• Fill out the forklift equipment log before using it; report any problem to your immediate supervisor.
• Help with daily cycle counts and verify product locations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized warehouse.
• Load/unload trucks and ensure that the driver has proper paperwork.

Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

Education, Experience, and Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) and active medical card required.
• 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment, handling inventory, shipping, and receiving responsibilities
• Ability to use equipment safely, including operating forklifts, scissor lifts, or pallet jacks
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively.

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear 8-9 hrs. per day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for up to 8-9 hrs. per day.
