Primary Purpose:
The Facilities Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of school facilities and grounds, ensuring a condition that supports both school and community use. This includes developing and implementing short-term and long-term plans for building maintenance and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and lead the maintenance staff in carrying out assigned responsibilities.
- Provide leadership and oversight to ensure teamwork, equitable work assignments, and adequate supplies and training.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal reporting requirements related to school facilities.
