What You’ll Do:
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Help lead and train staff, maintain service standards, and ensure a smooth shift flow
- Contribute to sales goals, cost controls, and team development
- Deliver excellent guest experiences and uphold food safety standards
- Step into a leadership role when the GM is away

- Approx. $32,600/year to start
- Increases to approx. $38,000/year after training
- Bonus potential up to 20% of the bonus pool (based on 1.5% of annual sales, paid out multiple times per year)

Qualifications
- Proven experience in staff training and management within the food service industry
- Pizza experience is a plus
- Strong background in hospitality and kitchen management
- Proficient in food preparation and inventory control
- Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros
- Experience in supervising teams and conducting interviews
- Knowledge of sales strategies in a quick service or casual dining environment
