Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in restaurant management, ideally in upscale or fine dining establishments.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on developing talent.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage guests and staff alike.
- Solid understanding of P&L, budgeting, and financial management in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.
