What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager | Beachfront Sports Bar position at Monri Hospitality Group LLC?
We’re looking for a General Manager to lead the opening and day-to-day operations of a brand-new, three-story beachfront sports bar in Pensacola, Florida. With projected annual sales of over $7 million, this full-service concept offers an exciting blend of food and beverage — 50% food / 50% beverage — and is set to become one of the area's top destinations.
What We’re Offering:
- A fully staffed team in place (FOH & BOH), ready to go
- Lead a front-of-house team of around 50, including 3 AGMs
- Take over from the partner currently managing the pre-opening phase
- A turnkey operation for a hands-on, experienced leader

Who We’re Looking For:
- A proven full-service restaurant leader with high-volume experience ($5M preferred)
- Someone with strong people management and operational skills
- A balance of food and beverage knowledge – this is not a bar-first role
- A motivator and mentor who thrives in building strong teams and great guest experiences
- Local or within driving distance candidates strongly preferred – we’re aiming to hire ASAP
